Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actor, musician, and singer from Ireland. Corr first made her appearance in 1990, singing lead singer for The Corrs, a Celtic pop and rock group The Corrs with Caroline Sharon Jim and three of their older siblings. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. She is known best as her lead vocalist in The Celtic-folk, pop rock and Celtic folk group The Corrs. As the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of The Corrs, Andrea is the leader. Andrea was first introduced to acting at the age of 21 in. Since then, Andrea has developed into a talented musician as well as stage performer. Playback singer for 1998 Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea has six studio albums under her name, along with two compilations albums including four live albums as well as one mix album. She was also honoured for her work in charity. Andrea is married with two children with her stockbroker. Andrea began her music education by playing the Tin flute. Gerry was her teacher at the time she started learning piano. Andrea is able to play the Ukulele. Her musical abilities were developed during her teenage years. The first time she began to practice was with her siblings before becoming an eminent singer of the group. Andrea was a pupil in Dun Lughaidh Convent and participated in numerous school plays.
