Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician from Ireland. Corr along her fellow members Caroline Sharon and Jim, first made their appearance as The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. She is best known as The lead singer in the Celtic-folk/pop rock group The Corrs. She sings and plays a variety of instruments with the group. Andrea was first introduced to acting as early as 1991. Since then, Andrea has developed into a gifted musician and stage performer. She sang in the playback of Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's work as an artist is diverse. Her efforts to help others have been acknowledged. Andrea is married with two children with her stockbroker. Andrea started music lessons at the age of eight, learning the Tin flute. She learned to play the piano, under the instruction of Gerry. Andrea is a Ukulele player. In her teens, she spent time learning to play the instrument. She would practice with her siblings before eventually gaining the title of the lead singer of the group. Andrea was a student at the 'Dun Lughaidh Convent frequently was a part of school productions.
